School Questions

Common Questions That Schools Ask...

Q:  How many different school assembly programs do you offer and what topics are available?   A:  I offer 5 unique programs on various subject matters.   To find out more information on each program, please click on the links at the bottom of this page.

Q:  What does a school assembly program cost?
A:  Compared to most other assembly programs today that charge a very high program fee plus expenses (travel, lodging, etc.),  I think that you will find my programs to be very affordable.   In an effort to stay within your budget,  I always offer a second program for FREE on the same day so that you can divide the grade levels in your campus up.  Yes, you get a second program (back-to-back) at no charge whatsoever.   I do not post prices on my website as each area I travel to is different due to the amount of time on the road.  My prices always include my travel fee (if any at all).

Q:  How do we know that your programs are really as good as you say they are?  Anytime you bring an assembly presenter into your school you are taking a chance that their program is really as good as they claim for it to be.  Not only will I provide you with references from other schools who have had me present programs to their students but I also back all of my school programs up with a money back guarantee.  If you honestly feel that my program was a complete waste of time for your school,  you can tear your check up.  Not a single school has ever taken me up on this offer but I make it available for your assurance.   Check out the bottom of the page for school districts that have had me present programs to their students.

Q:  How long does each program usually last?  A:  All of my school programs are approx. 40-45 minutes in length.  If you are looking for something shorter,  please let me know so that I can customize the program to fit your needs.

Q:   What age group are your programs suitable for?  A:  All of my school programs are designed for grades K-6th.  If you have Pre-K students in your school,  they are more than welcome to attend the program as well.

Q:  Is there a limit to the number of students who may attend a program at one time?  A:  I recommend that you split the grade levels up and have a program for K-2nd and another for 3rd-6th or something similar to this.  It's best to have programs back-to-back.  For best results,  I recommend one program for every 450 students or so.

Q:  How many program can you present in a day?  A:  Usually I can present 2 programs in the morning and 2 more after lunch periods are over.   The best answer to this question is that I can present as many programs as your schedule will allow.

Q:  Is there any type of discount if more than one school has a program on the same day?  A: Of course there is!  Let's say that your school wants programs in the morning and another school in the same district also wants programs in the afternoon.  This would mean that both schools would receive a discount.  The more schools that host a program on the same day or as part of a trip (multiple days), the more everyone benefits.  You'll be amazed at how much money you can save by teaming up with other schools in your area!  You can also save money anytime I am already going to be in your area.

Q:  Is there a certain day of the week that works best for having a program?  A:  This is totally up to you and your schedule.  Programs are available year round and on any day of the week.

Q:  Can you provide me with references from other schools that have hosted your programs?  A:  I am glad to provide you with contact names and telephone numbers of schools that have great things to say about my programs.   In most cases,  I can provide you with schools in your area that have hosted my programs.   You can also listen to audio testimonials from school staff on my site.  Simply click on the button to hear a recorded message from the counselor, principal, librarian or PTA / PTO in their own words.  These testimonials are found throughout my site on most pages.

Q:  What is our school required to provide for the program?  A:  I want to make bringing my program to your school as easy as possible so I don't ask for much.  All I will need is a small table and an adequate p.a. system if the school has one.  If not,  I am more than happy to provide my own p.a. with a wirelss microphone at no charge whatsoever!

Q:  How far will you travel to present a school program?  A:  Currently my school programs are available in any city in Texas and Oklahoma.
